All elements making up the Graft platform (source code, interface, trademarks, logos, text, visuals) are protected by intellectual property law and remain the exclusive property of the publisher. The code is proprietary and not open source.
Merchants retain all rights to the content they publish (logos, text, visuals) and grant the publisher a limited licence for the sole purpose of displaying that content within the platform.
4. Reporting unlawful content
Manifestly unlawful content may be reported to graft.eucontact@gmail.com. The publisher undertakes to handle reports promptly.
5. Governing law
French law governs. Any dispute relating to the use of this site falls within the jurisdiction of the courts specified in the French version of this notice.
